Dave you know i wud have rather had been playing kitted from the start and i do understand the effort that goes into what ur doing. but im getting told from dundee that everyones fighting for a starters spot and if i dont train there that u mite be standing on the sideline for the season and i aint wantin that. u have to see aswell that im being trained harder and more indepth down there so id be more than ready to cope with a season of flag. but if the comments of not having any commitment are aimed in my direction its hard for me to commit to two teams wanting the same thing and one thats making me fight to play.

I can understand that its hard Hendo. Tryin to choose between your home club and the highest level you can get in the country. It is hard to choose with something like that. Of course we would like to see you playing kitted, but us as a flag team, and your local one at that, obviously want to have a full team for a full year next year. Obviously its your decision on when you can come down (in some cases it wont be due to your other training and stuff).

Hemmin......I aint saying you shouldnt play kitted, hey I know just how good that is and I know that you will have to fight for a spot on the roster...............
But.....you have to understand my point of view here.
Ive told you before, I never questioned you last year for trying out for Dundee, but it dopesnt change the fact that we had to pull the team out, when you went to Dundee, I never heard anything from Ricky or Keith and thats worrying for me cos if the same happens we will be in the same situation.

havent spoke to ricky or keith for a while and to be honest there not the most motivated of people and its a trouble gettin them to go to training but not impossible i know theyll turn up for games. i'll make all the games that dont match dundee's games depending on need for players on both sides but at the mo i need to train more with them to battle for my positions cuz DB and WR has the most competition.

Something that does help is that this year we have 8 or 9 senior players, compared to only 5 last year, and with any luck we'll hopefully get a few more interested before the start of the season.. Even if I have to play every single position with two broken legs and I have to use one arm to move along the ground and the other to hold the ball so that we can have a senior team this year I'll still play!..It was fun last year watching and coaching the youth team but I'd much rather be out there playing!

I'll be there every sat/sunday that I can, just happened to be that March is a busy month for me. This weekend's my dad's 50th, next weekend I've got a football(soccer) trial down in Falkirk, and then i'll be down in glasgow the weekend after. I'll be available almost every weekend after, within reason. I'll also be free during whole of june/july, no holidays planned for then. Will be free from 26/27th onwards, though that might mean I miss the opening games.
