eh! vernon davis ran a 4.37 at the combine! if he falls to 11 in the draft I would love to see him with rams, hes gonna be the most explosive TE in the nfl without a doubt. JUs coz he is fast doesnt mean he is going to be "without a doubt" the best TE in the NFL really. Sure he is going to be good, but to make a prediction on the fact that he is fast in a straight line is ebing a bitty forward.

or the fact that hes top 10 on everyone's draft board and has been compared to TG and shockey, plus his sub 4.40 time, led me to the conclusion that hes gonna be one of the best as long as hes not unlucky with injurys. anyway I said " most explosive" and when you talk about explosivness speed is probally the biggest factor along with power.

The fact of the matter is, until you are in the NFL and playing and playing well, nobody can really predict. Ryan Leaf, Rick Mirer, KiJana Carter, Eric Crouch... the list is endless. Players who seemed to be the best thing since sliced bread, all became busts. Now im not saying this guy is going to be a bust, all signs point to him being great, but I still think that sticking your neck out is premature atm.

Ok, so i may have made my argument sound a little too strong. What i am trying to say is: He COULD be great, but he might not.

I am totally loving Miami going for a solid D! You could have Brady, Moss, Owens, James, Gates as your offence, but if cant stop the other team from scoring, your shafted!
I totally think its easier coming into the NFL as a DB or LB. But maybe thats just me?

Well they can shift you around if you are able to adapt. Going from MLB to an OLB isnt as much of a jump as say QB to... oh i dont know... RB

He's a machine. They dont come much closer to being a certain NFL hit than Reggie Bush does. He should be the next LT

Rumor has it that a team actually requested that LenDale White perform poorly in his workouts so he will drop further down the board to them. I'd so love to see that 244lbs in a Broncos uniform.

Barring injuries, this guys gonna be a stud. 49ers are interested in either him or Ohio LB AJ Hawk

49ers Trade with Denver for Another 1st Round Pick Wednesday, April 19, 2006
The San Francisco 49ers announced Wednesday that they have moved up in the 2006 draft by trading a second and third round pick for the Denver Broncos first round selection (22nd overall).
As a result of the trade the 49ers will now have two first round picks in the 2006 draft. This is the first time San Francisco has had two first-round selections since 2000.
“We took advantage of a great opportunity to acquire a second first-round draft pick today after working out a trade with the Denver Broncos,” head coach Mike Nolan said. “We feel like we acquired more value by making the trade for this pick. I am looking forward to improving our team with all ten draft picks, including the two first-round picks.”
San Francisco has 10 draft picks in 2006: two first-round draft picks, a third round pick from a trade with Washington, an extra sixth-round pick from a trade with Tampa Bay and an additional seventh-round selection from a trade with Jacksonville along with a compensatory pick in the seventh round. The 49ers open the 2006 draft with the sixth and twenty second overall selection in the first round, third (84), fourth (100), the fifth (140), two in the sixth (175) and (192) and three in the seventh (213), (236) and (254)
The 49ers having 2, 1st round picks now and so do the the Jets are these 2 teams considering a trade with Houston for the 1st pick in the draft so they can get Reggie Bush ?
