.../jumble sale/drinkfest etc...
Right guys, since we (or most of us) didnt go down to the Monkey House on Sunday due to the fact that they weren't even showing the games, we never got to organise our Xmas meal.
We need to establish:
Date and time Place How much money we put in for the privilege Dress code If we are bringing partners and if there is anything else then put it forward
Obviously if the Monkey House's interest in sponsoring us is greatly lessened with the departure of our beloved Emma from behind the bar, then we dont have to limit ourselves to attending their establishment.

this coming Thursday to Saturday night (11 to 13th) are best for me. I have exams 15th to 17th and one on 19th.
17th should be ok, since I have next day free to travel back / recover
19th is possible, but my flat might be having a night out in Dundee, so that's probably when ours would be. 20th is out cos I'll be at my brother and sister-in-law's house warming / xmas party in Woodside.
I'm fine with whatever the consensus is. Another thing to consider is whether people would prefer: evening meal followed by / turning into night out or afternoon meal with a few hours gap before heading out?
That way people who might be busy can go to one and/or other if they want to. Could also be easier to get a place for lunch/late-lunch than evenings.

i just posted that i found out the Tilted Wig show games on a sunday night .What would ppl say to meeting there on sunday 21st at about 4pm so we can have something to eat. Then afterwards ppl can stay and watch the games for as long as they want to.I know they do food on a sunday there,we could always meet there on sunday to watch the games and see when they stop serving food and see how bust it is so we can plan where in the bar we could do any presentation etc.Just an idea that is possible.

That's definitely good for me - I'll be crashing at my brother's on the 20th, so I'll have some time to recover before I get a bus into city centre.
4pm Premiership game is Arsenal vs Liverpool, followed by Steelers @ Titans game, pretty decent line-up.
With Philly game on interactive, I'll probably get bus to Inverurie about 8.20pm as next bus at 10pm means I'm missing half the game.
I may or may not be up this weekend - but keep me posted on what's happening - sounds like a winner if we can get something sorted out.

Well I could probably do a lunch / afternoon thing on 20th before I head to my bro's. Those that can make it on Sunday can see if Tilted Wig is an alternative to Monkey House for live NFL
