Guys
The Oilcats have been invited to play in a 4 team Youth tournament on 30th October. The teams that will be there will be Team Scotland, Lanarkshire Rams and South Wales Rebellion.
With Team Scotland being in the tournament this will mean that we will be without Lewis but Im sure that we will give a good account of ourselves.
This is a major coup for the club to be invited to this tournament and says a lot about the progress we have made in a short time....you all deserve praise for this .
More details to follow when I get them

This is shockin Lads, we're more of a team than any others are and we.ve got the talent to win or give a close shot against any team!! with or without Lewis i think we should still give it a shot just to see what we can do...+ SDS is basically kircaldy with Lewis and some fast random that cant catch and there not really a team, not by a long shot.... + the other team is Welsh and what do they know!!...+ Engalnd dropped out so now we're playin the rams or somethin!!!!

Well guys, we reluctantly had to decline the invite. The tournament would have been a great experience for all concerned but I wasnr prepared to go down with a weakened team.
The loss of Lewis wasnt a problem, we had people who could step in at QB but with Gary and Neil being unavailable it meant we were down to bare bones and the SDS needed a quick reply. One more cal loff and we would have been in deep trouble so we turnrd them down
