I reckon they are desperate for Rex to do something this year, but will maybe even draft in another QB to add a lil more pressure on him.

or maybe they'll go with Rex this year, so they're likely to have a higher pick for next years draft

It's gotta be the man Mr. Ross has modelled his beard on! Step in Mr. Orton!
Seriously though, I think Griese will be away to another team, what with the lack of experienced QBs in Free Agency at the moment, so Rex will get the starting job. I still think Rex can be a success, but I can see Orton getting a shot at some point next year (whether it be through injury or poor play by Rex) and whilst he's not spectacular, you've got to admit that he does have a knack of getting the job done as a starter.
However, the biggest worry at the moment for the Bears will be their receiving corps. With both Berrian and Muhammed (their two most productive receivers in recent years) leaving that leaves Mark Bradley as their only proven wide receiver. Expect Chicago to be torn between drafting a QB and a WR in the first round.

I vote for Adam Ross because he plays like Rex Grossman.

I vote for Rex Grossman because the only person you'd want throwing passes less than him is Adam Ross
