Guys,
I have finally confirmed the situation regarding Indoor Training.
If we are to keep training on Sundays which I think is best for everyone then the dates and times are below. I have been provided with availability for Saturdays but with some guys working it is probably best to keep it on Sundays.
Sunday 17 January - 1pm - 2pm (1 Hour)
Sunday 24 January - 4pm - 6pm
Sunday 31 January - 12.30pm - 2pm
Sunday 7 February - 1pm - 5pm
Sunday 14 February - 1pm - 2pm (1 Hour)
Sunday 21 February - 1pm - 5pm
Sunday 28 February - 4pm - 5pm
Sunday 7 March - 1pm - 5pm
Sunday 14 March - 1pm - 2pm (1 Hour)
Sunday 21 March - 1pm - 5pm
Sunday 28 March - 1pm - 5pm
All these session would be based on 1/3 of the pitch as anything more is quite expensive.
As you can see there are a few sessions where only 1 hour slots are available, we would just have to use this for a quick "throw around"
Now for the cost.....
Unfortunately when we are looking to train falls into "Peak" time so..
However, I have also confirmed that if half of the guys training have student cards we can get 50% off total price so we would be looking at....
It would probably be more beneficial for us to book 2 hours but this then bumps up the price to £70. In addition to this, after the 10th session we will get a 5% discount on block bookings.
As you can see the more guys we have at training the cheaper it will be ;D
What we need to know ASAP is a rough idea of who will be available for the dates above and how many guys have student cards. Once we have this we can work out a rough "per head" price.
What we can then do is set a price that we will pay each week even if it is more than required. What this will do is provide us with a kitty allowing us to cover costs if we have a shortage of guys 1 week.
Let Me/Mikey know what you guys think and we can go from there. We need to move forward quite quickly though as I've been informed the time-slots are filling up quickly.
Cheers
