Stu...u stole my phrase Cheering on Rangers, a Celtic fan?...breaks into song: "Part time supporter, your just a part time suporter, part time suppooooorter, your just a part time supporter!"

I just wanna know why if you come from the Aberdeen area, you support a team thats 150 miles away. Why not support the one that you have? Or is the lack of glory not there?
Thats not meant in a harsh way, its just an honest question!

Steady now, i can understand how this could be uneasy ground. Some people like to give their support to to the other clubs in European competitions and things. Everyone is entitled to their opinion i suppose. Obviously im not one of those as i totally despise the old firm clubs and hope they both crash and burn sooner rather than later But in saying that, I wouldnt get mad at someone, to be mad at someone for having a differnt outlook on a sport just doesnt make sense to me. But then again, maybe im being a lil too philosophical about this?

don't worry about it i'm not mad (well I am actually, check name ) everyone has there own views on things like this, and each to his own. you just caught me at a bad time, had lots of stuff to do for uni, etc. so I was a bit edgey anyway. I can understand why folk hate old firm, most supporters are generally whinging about stuff not going their way or rubbing it in your face when it is......I can guarantee, you'll never see me acting smug or boasting about Celtic (....yeah right ;D) Here's something that should give the vast majority (i.e. any one but Scotty ) a laugh. Livingston and Dunfirmline, at the bottom are actually less points behind Rangers than Rangers are of Celtic at top. And it is perfectly possible for Rangers to be out of top6 after this weekend. If Rangers lose on Sunday with Motherwell beating Hearts and Aberdeen winning by a few goals, then Rangers will be 7th with only 3 months til the split . First division sounding good eh Scotty
