well i'm away for next two weeks, so no need to worry but i'll just say this and that's end of topic, ok what course were you going for? Could still be something in Clearing for you, i've seen a good few courses available in different subject areas, hope you still get to do what you wanna do. I know you're probably gutted, (and this may not make a difference) but most things work themselves out in the end. You don't need to give up going for uni. You could do an HNC or something at college for time being, which would allow you to get to uni next year, that's why i'm only just starting uni at 20 cos I took a couple of college courses in last two years cos I couldn't get to uni at 18 or 19. I know it's a bummer if you have to do a year or so at college before uni, but if it gets you where you wanna go, then it'd be worth it. If i could have gone to uni 2 years ago, I would have, but i wouldn't trade the last two years of college for anything. So don't get too down-hearted, you could still get to uni.

I wanted to do Occupational Therapy, and there are no HNC courses that would help me in Aberdeen. So i am gonna start my appeal, then start a nice long job search!
Also, clearings at RGU were pants, they hadn't dropped any of there entry rates, so still didnt help me one bit. I was only able to do two courses because i didnt have higher english, yet they were willing to accept me into OT with only Int2 english. They were so unhelpful!
