he's the yard stick from which today's current QB's will be measured - and it's his records they'll be inspired to try and break - just cos your own QB can't handle a bit of pressure in his face doesn't mean you have to take a pop at one of the most influential players in recent NFL history.
Even Tom Brady will only be proven as a great QB once he's reached any of Favre's records - at which time he'll likely be in his mid 30s contemplating retirement each off-season - will you feel quite the same way when he finally calls it a day?
