Not for the moment Neil , you have to give him credit though, he was trying to make the play, pity it severely backfired

i would give him credit if he wasnt trying to do something stupid! If it was the last quarter, and they were down by like one score yeah, but they were up by 17, there was no need!

Then think about it, how much abuse would the he have gotten for pussyin out of a block and letting the RB get nailed, its just somethin you have to do, your not goin to say, "ok, we'r winning how about i dont block for Steve, who cares" ...how about NOPE

No adam, this was an interception that he had thrown, and he was trying to take out the lead blocker to stop there being a sizeable return, he was not blocking on offence!

guys i forgor to mention this but weve got our own little school team its 5 aside and the school pays for it all its gr8. we live in fraserburgh and use the astroturf down by the links to train only bad thing is that ocer the last year i have been concussed twice broke my left leg and right arm and have had to had a few minor stitches on the head however we are 15 and 17 year old and find kitted football too hard going for us at this age but flag football sounds a gd way of enjoying nfl without the pain. your school pays for kitted? you get any insurance or anything? i'd love to have seen any parental constent forms that had to be signed......."on signing this form you agree not to sue us for breaks, concussions and general dismemberment as a result of playing this sport"....what type of astro is it, proper artificial turf or that horrible 'all weather' concrete-like surface? Either way, flag is probably better for you at the moment. You can concentrate more on the plays, routes and basics of the game without worrying about getting smashed. If you still want to play kitted later on, then you'll at least have a solid base to start from.

sarcasm's a foreign language to you isn't adam? it was reference to how many times he's been injured, playing for a school team. not many people need that sort of insurance at 15 do they? i was asking about astroturf, cos i just wanted to know how hard the surface he'd be landing on when tackled. if he was playing on an all weather pitch, then it's a not as forgiving a surface as goals. and i know in kitted you don't feel as much hits, but I would think you'd still feel leg and arm breaks. the comparison was between kitted and flag anyway, flag being non-contact rather than full-contact. since he said kitted is too rough at this time, flag is the way to go if you want to play nfl without worrying about getting maimed as soon as you touch the ball. it's an exageration. I might be going to more try outs, I wasn't able to get to main trial session on Sunday cos had too much stuff to do for uni. I think they have training sessions on weekends, but i won't be able get to any til november. regardless, oilcats will be my priority as far as next season goes.
