Guys The oilcats have a night out set for the 9th of January starting at Stadia. Is this still a go-er?
Cheers Marc

It is indeed! Although I was planning to speak to people at training this Sunday about it as we have a couple of options:
Option 1: Go with the original plan of meeting in Stadia and seeing where the night takes us.
Option 2: Neil has said he can get us the small function room at the Bieldside Inn for the night (along with food, etc.) for a small price per head. We'd be able to get the NFL Playoff games on there and could do it on either the Saturday (where we'd get one game, although might miss the end) or the Sunday (where we'd get one full game and about 90% of the other).
Option 3: We do both - Option 1 on the Saturday night and Option 2 on the Sunday night, or Option 1 one weekend and Option 2 another weekend.
I'm happy to go with whatever the majority want to do. At the end of the day the main thing is that we have a good night(s) and get a good bit of team bonding!
P.S. Partners, etc. will all be more than welcome - the more the merrier!
Cheers,
Mike

Saturday is better for me as I would want a few beers and would have work the next day. Would prefer town but would be happy wherever.

Bieldside Inn might be a struggle to get to if the weather persists.

I should hopefully manage to get to it
I don't mind which night, so long as I get enough notice..don't wanna travel in on the Saturday to find out it's on Sunday..
I could only really do/afford the one night, espec since bus/train fares will eat into my funds
would probably have to be somewhere in Aberdeen too, cos getting out to the Bieldside Inn would be hard for me, even without the snowy weather.

Right guys,
The Oilcats Night Out will be this Saturday night (9th), starting at Stadia at 8pm (although don't worry if you can't make it along until later).
We're hoping to get the first playoff game on in Stadia and Stu's also going to see about organising some sort of buffet, although I'll hopefully know more on that for sure in the next couple of days.
We'll also be announcing the winners of awards from last season (although we probably won't give out the trophies on Saturday night to save people having to carry them around with them).
Hope to see you all there!
Cheers,
Mike

I think Stadia are showing the game mate. If you don't manage, see you soon.

at the moment I am still coming along. It all depends on our glorious public transport system still being in operation.
