Hi guys,
The proposed date for this year's AGM is Monday 6th April (Time to be decided).
I know Wednesday was a better day for most people, but some of the current committee members who will be passing on roles can't manage Wednesdays. As it is important that they are there to hand on their roles, we are looking at having it on the Monday instead.
How does this suit people?
Please let me know by the end of this week if you are ok/not ok with this date.
If I don't hear from people I'll assume they're happy with it!

I've left the time open for decision at the moment as I wasn't sure what would be best for people. Personally, I'm free anytime after 5/6pm, though would like to be done by 9ish at the latest. I reckon it'll take an hour or two, so how about I start the ball rolling by suggesting we start at 7pm..How does that suit everybody?
Like I said if another time suits better let me know and we can see if we can change it.
I'm gonna speak to Paul at Inchgarth tomorrow night about getting a room there for it.

Guys, as I've not heard anything back from people saying otherwise I've booked a room at Inchgarth for Monday 6th April (Next Monday!) at 7pm.
I'll hopefully post up the proposed agenda for the meeting tomorrow. Anyone wishing to add anything to the agenda will have until Sunday to request to do so.
